On our portrait order forms we ask you to provide us with your email address, on our website we offer you the opportunity to provide us with your email address for future correspondence, and at times we may ask for your address over the phone. By providing us with your email address, you are authorizing us to contact you via email. At times it may be necessary to contact you regarding your order we are processing, additionally we intend to email out one monthly newsletter, and we will provide you with email correspondence relating to leagues you are associated with per our records. Under no circumstance will we sell or distribute your email address without your permission.

PORTRAIT ORDER FORMS :
Our portrait order forms collect information, such as name, address, phone number, and credit card information. This information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order in a timely and accurate manner. At times we may need to contact you regarding your order, thus this information is necessary in those circumstances. At no time do we ever release any information collected, other than which is necessary to fulfill your order. We scan all order forms and return the original to you with your order. The scanned forms are kept on our secure server and accessed only when there are problems or questions that may have arisen during the fulfillment of your order.

WEBSITE INFORMATION:
During the use of our website, no information is collected without your knowledge. During online purchases or the bookmarking of favorites, certain information is gathered, such as, name, address, phone number, and credit card information. Once again this information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order in a timely and accurate manner. At times we may need to contact you regarding your order, thus this information is necessary in those circumstances. At no time do we ever release any information collected, other than which is necessary to fulfill your order.

CREDIT CARD POLICY:
We collect credit card information on the face of our order forms and during the processing of an online order. This information is kept secure and is never released to third parties other than during the processing of said card for the specific purchase. We however do not keep this information on file for future purchases. If you are uncomfortable with disclosing your credit card information on the face of our order form, you may write out the necessary information on a separate piece of paper and enclose in the order form as if you were enclosing a check or cash.
